Rance was born in Carrollton Georgia and following in his father’s footsteps, started playing guitar at the age of 13. With a love for bluegrass and old country music, he honed his skills in those genres on stage with his father. Being from West Georgia, Rance played many venues in the area and eastern Alabama. In his early 20’s Rance fronted his own band called the “Balladeers”.
You could often find Rance a the Outpost Music Barn on Saturday nights jamming and performing on stage.
Rance lives in Temple Ga with his wife Ashley and the family.
